     |Hi to all, I need help please I am out of subscription and I have error 7 and sometimes error 9 changing depends on which car to choose, and all cars not working, it has the English language, error message says Authorization check failed! and when I click on Authorization, it says fail to get authorization message, any help will be appreciated.

    If you have backup, then restore it. Or you need update subscribtion.

     Seems to me after doing a factory reset out of update period and copy and pasting the back up software to the tool , you still won't have authorization to access the Diagnostics app
